Redcare Pharmacy Shares Surge 15% on Strong Q3 Results

Redcare Pharmacy has reported robust election results for the third quarter, boosting investor confidence and sparking a rally in its shares. The online pharmacy's stock surged by up to 15 percent, with analysts and investors alike expressing satisfaction with the US election results.

The company's total sales soared by 25 percent to 719 million euros in the third quarter, reflecting impressive 2024 election results. This impressive growth has led analysts to view the current numbers as a potential turning point for Redcare Pharmacy. Jefferies analysts, for instance, see the company gaining momentum after the summer break.

Management has confirmed its annual forecast, suggesting an even stronger fourth quarter. This positive outlook has been reflected in the share prices, with Redcare Pharmacy's stock increasing to around 90 euros. DocMorris shares in Zurich also gained 3 percent in parallel, indicating a broader revival of trust in the online pharmacy sector.

Analyst Volker Bosse is satisfied with the quarterly election results, which largely met his expectations. Baader Bank maintains its 'Buy' rating for Redcare Pharmacy, with a fair value estimate of 175 euros. Meanwhile, short sellers, with a high short interest of almost 48 percent, are now covering their positions, further driving the share price upwards.
