Enhancements made in the efficiency of post-sales operations within ENC's aftermarket division

The heart of these enhancements lies in the expansion of ENC's parts inventory, which now includes a broader selection of ready-to-ship parts for current and late-model vehicles. This expanded inventory is housed at ENC's Riverside, California facility, ensuring better availability of high-demand and critical parts.

ENC's focus on operational efficiency is evident in the reduction of lead times for frequently used and critical parts. This streamlining enables faster order fulfillment, with most in-stock parts now shippable within 24 hours of order receipt.

To further speed delivery to customers, ENC has centralized its fulfillment operations at the Riverside facility. This centralization improves efficiency in parts handling and shipping, ensuring quicker delivery times.

In a bid to provide customers with direct access to the company’s parts team, ENC has moved away from an exclusive dealer network. This change enhances responsiveness and support, offering customers a more personalised service experience.

Quality and compatibility are paramount for ENC. All parts in its expanded inventory are verified for quality and compatibility, and the Parts Support Team provides ongoing support for ENC's in-house parts.
