CPRAM & BFT IM Merge, Creating France's 10th Largest Asset Manager
CPRAM and BFT Investment Management have merged, creating the tenth largest asset management firm in France. Alice De Bazin will lead the new entity, CPRAM, as chief executive. The merger was first announced in May.
The new CPRAM will manage nearly €100 billion in assets, primarily in thematic, quantitative, fixed income, and money market strategies. Alice De Bazin will oversee the company, with Arnaud Faller serving as deputy CEO and chief investment officer. Gilles Guez has been appointed deputy CEO and chief business development officer. The management team's full composition remains undisclosed.
The merger of CPRAM and BFT IM has resulted in a significant player in the French asset management scene. The new CPRAM, led by Alice De Bazin, will focus on key investment areas and aims to leverage the strengths of both predecessor firms.
