Zixi Names Marc Aldrich as New CEO, Succeeding Gordon Brooks
Zixi, a leading software company, has appointed Marc Aldrich as its new CEO. Aldrich, known for his customer-centric approach and business transformation skills, succeeds Gordon Ramsay, who will continue as Executive Chairman. The appointment, effective October 1, was praised by both outgoing and incoming leadership, as well as the company's investor, Clearhaven Partners.
Aldrich brings a wealth of experience to Zixi. He previously served as CEO of ThinkAnalytics and General Manager of the Media & Entertainment Industry Business Unit within Amazon Web Services. His predecessor, Charles Goodwin, held the CEO position before Aldrich's appointment in October 2021.
Outgoing CEO Gordon Ramsay lauded Aldrich's integrity and broad industry knowledge. Aldrich, in turn, expressed excitement about joining Zixi and expanding its market presence. He aims to drive adoption of the company's software solutions. Clearhaven Partners, the Boston-based software private equity firm backing Zixi, also welcomed Aldrich's appointment. Founder and Managing Partner Michelle Noon looks forward to continuing the partnership with Gordon Ramsay.
