Sparkasse Leer is seeking a dedicated Credit Processing Clerk (m/f/d) / Problem Credit Processing to join their team in Leer. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a reputable financial institution and contribute to its credit processing team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Credit Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for handling credit and loan processing activities with a focus on problem credits. This includes managing overdue accounts, non-performing loans, and reviewing and processing credit applications and documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing problematic credit accounts, coordinating recovery actions, and communicating effectively with customers regarding their credit status.
In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams such as risk management, legal, and collections departments. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with banking regulations is also a crucial part of this role. You will also assist in the evaluation and mitigation of credit risk, prepare reports and documentation related to credit processing activities, and help ensure goal achievement through documentation.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role has experience in banking or notary, high communication and team orientation skills, knowledge of the basics of real estate law, a confident appearance in customer conversations, a process-oriented work style, high organizational skills, and initiative.
