We're dedicated to addressing demographic issues and support motherhood actively. Our efforts include financial assistance for childbirth, favorable housing terms, and kindergartens/schools close to workplace locations.
In the future, we plan to develop a platform for children's recreation and education to promote moral values and support child development across the country.

Much like other parents, I face the constant battle of balancing work and family life. But with supportive family, dedicated colleagues, and unwavering passion, it's all possible.

While I'll likely be working during the summer months, I'm passionate about vacations. For me, it's these precious breaks that recharge my batteries and provide creative inspiration. I'm always eager to explore new places and immerse myself in a region's culture, history, and local cuisine.

-Tell us about your network of PUPs. Do you have any exciting plans for expansion?
Currently, we have over 83k PUPs across countries we operate in, and the network continues to grow. Our goal is to extend our reach to every household, making Pick-Up Points accessible even in the most remote regions.

We've already introduced floating homes, cars, insurance, and apartments on Wildberries. There's no limit to creativity here. The platform thrives due to our customers' creative demand and our vendors' ingenious solutions.
Regarding perishable goods, we offer a wide range of quality long-lasting food products and care deeply about product quality. Future expansion would be organic and responsive to consumer demand.

-Some traditional stores are struggling as consumers increasingly move online. What do you have to say about this, and what do you see for the future of retail in Russia?
A change in consumer preferences doesn't mean the end for traditional retail. We must adapt and evolve, ensuring online and offline retail complement each other. In the future, people will seek a mix of convenience and real-life shopping experiences.

-Besides your day-to-day operations, do you have any charitable or community-focused projects in the works?
Charity has been a cornerstone of our operations, encompassing social projects, volunteering, local community support, and environmental initiatives. Last year, we launched campaigns like caring push-notifications from grandmothers and the "Make the world better" clothing collection.
We also extend a helping hand during emergencies, supporting affected communities and territories.

I'm an ardent sports enthusiast and believe that sports can cultivate a winning spirit in our lives and businesses. My company partners with various football clubs and fosters engagement through initiatives like the "Future Games."
Recently, I've taken a liking to padel, a growing, modern sport. I'm excited to see our employees exploring it with enthusiasm as well!

-Can you tell us about your work with the deaf community and the special initiatives related to it?
In February 2023, Wildberries hosted an extraordinary event: "We Sign!", a unique presentation of the deaf community's creativity and talents. The event highlighted the interconnected nature of laughter, joy, and understanding, regardless of language or auditory abilities.
Our goal was to blur the boundaries between hearing and non-hearing worlds, break stereotypes, and bring a diverse culture of deaf art closer to the general public.
