Lisbon's Alcântara Docks are set to witness a transformative change with the creation of The Wake, a new office building that promises to symbolize an awakening to a new vision of in-person work.
The Wake, a 2,758 square metre office project, is the fruit of the regeneration of five former port warehouses. With 1,890 square metres still available for new occupants, The Wake is poised to offer a unique work experience, blending the charm of historic architecture with the dynamism of contemporary work models.
Located next to the river, The Wake boasts private terraces offering breathtaking views of the Tagus River and the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge. Moreover, the building is situated near leisure and sports facilities, adding to the quality of life for its occupants.

The remaining spaces in The Wake are being sold by the consulting firms CBRE and Dils on a co-exclusive basis. António Almeida Ribeiro, Head of Offices Investor Leasing at CBRE Portugal, highlights that The Wake preserves the historic legacy of the buildings and introduces new life and dynamism to the area, combining the authenticity of industrial architecture with the innovation of new work models.
