Veteran Lawyer David Konrath Returns to Taylor Wessing Austria as Partner
David Konrath, a seasoned antitrust and competition lawyer, has returned to Taylor Wessing Austria as a partner. The 38-year-old feels a sense of homecoming, eager to reinforce the practice group with his team.
Konrath brings a wealth of experience, having previously led the Competition practice at EY Law. His expertise spans cartel proceedings, merger control, state aid law, and foreign subsidies regulation. He also focuses on the design of cooperations and distribution systems, dominance abuse, and antitrust compliance and investment control.
This is not Konrath's first stint at Taylor Wessing. He was part of the Vienna team from 2013 to 2021, initially as an associate and later as a senior associate. Before his return, he served as the head of the Competition department at EY Law.
David Konrath's return to Taylor Wessing as a partner is expected to bolster the Competition & Compliance team. His extensive knowledge and leadership skills will contribute to the firm's continued success in the antitrust and competition law arena.
