Ian Harris, director of agency Fyndd, determined the data for the highest sale price of £1m+ in St Andrews over the last five years. He attributes the international demand, particularly from the American market, as a significant driver for these high-end sales.
St Andrews' desirability as a golfing destination continues to fuel the demand for luxury properties, with high net worth buyers willing to pay premiums for locations near top golf courses. The town's international appeal, coupled with its historic charm, ensures it remains a sought-after location for luxury property investors.
