Spark Alliance Unites Atlante, Electra, Fastned, IONITY for Seamless EU EV Charging

The Spark Alliance, a collaboration between Atlante, Electra, Fastned, and IONITY, has announced a significant improvement for electric vehicle (EV) drivers. The alliance will integrate its stations into the native apps of the four member companies, offering a seamless charging experience across Europe.

From this summer, drivers will enjoy a vast network of over 1,700 charging sites and 11,000 charging points spread across more than 25 countries. This expansion is made possible by the integration of Spark Alliance stations into the apps of Atlante, Electra, Fastned, and IONITY. Drivers will no longer need to register or download additional apps to access these charging points.

The Spark Alliance, launched in April 2025, aims to provide EV drivers with a high-quality, renewable energy-powered charging experience. The alliance promises to set the 'gold standard' in public EV charging, with each member's app displaying the locations of all Spark Alliance charging stations. This initiative will make it easier for drivers to find a compatible charging station while on the road.

The Spark Alliance's expansion is set to transform the EV charging landscape in Europe. With a focus on seamless integration and a vast network of charging points, the alliance is poised to become the go-to choice for EV drivers seeking a convenient and reliable charging experience.
