Market Expansion & Lead Generation
The BDM Manager will research market trends to find new acquisition opportunities and generate leads using HubSpot’s CRM and marketing tools.
Sales & Relationship Management
Managing sales pipelines, engaging prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining strong client or partner relationships are essential to supporting revenue growth.
Strategic Planning & Execution
The BDM Manager will develop and execute strategic business development plans, adapting them based on market insights, and aligning initiatives with overall company objectives.
Onboarding & User Engagement

HubSpot's compensation practices are about transparency with employees, candidates, and the community. The total compensation package includes base salary, on-target commission, annual bonus targets, and participation in HubSpot's equity plan. Benefits are also part of the package.
