The press service's statement reads, "The section of the road on Prospekt Lenina from Prospekt Frunze to Prospekt Kirov is now open for transportation, and transportation on Prospekt Kirov is also unrestricted."

As of now, the most significant traffic jams in the city are reportedly seen nearly everywhere on the Moscow highway, streets like Tatarskaya, Aлексея Беленца, and the Bazarnyi Pereulok, due to the closure of Prospekt Lenina, as well as Ulitsa Nahimova, Uchebnaia, and Arkadii Ivaнова, according to the online service "2GIS."

Later, the city's press service clarified that traffic on both Prospekt Lenina and Ulitsa Nahimova has been fully re-opened.
