Fire in Königsberger Straße, Iserlohn, Successfully Extinguished
On the night of September 3, 2025, a room fire broke out in Königsberger Straße, Iserlohn. The incident was promptly reported, and the Fire Department Iserlohn was dispatched to the scene.
According to the information transmitted by the Fire Department Iserlohn via news aktuell, the operation took approximately 1.5 hours to complete. The professional fire brigade, fire group Bremke, and an ambulance were dispatched to the fire.
Upon arrival, the fire was confirmed to be in a living room of a terraced house. Two teams from the fire department immediately entered the building to fight the fire. The fire was extinguished using an attack line, and burnt and charred items were moved to the garden to prevent further spread of smoke and steam.
Fortunately, the occupants of the building had safely evacuated before the arrival of the fire department. The police have initiated investigations into the cause of the fire.

The fire incident was led by Einsatzleiter (commanding officer) Markus Konrad, who was informed by the Offenbach district control center shortly after the alarm was raised. The fire department checked adjacent buildings but found no further spread of the fire. Around 25 personnel from the fire department and emergency services were involved in the incident.
