🌐 TH works closely with the Ministry of Health and dietitians to research and review each dish, ensuring it meets the nutritional needs of pilgrims. The menu rotates once in Madinah and twice in Makkah during the first and second weeks before being repeated. 🕙
👩🍳 To preserve the authentic taste of the Malaysian dishes, TH brings in special premixes like kurma and sambal paste from Malaysia, and uses basmati rice from India and halal-guaranteed meat from Brazil. 🍚 🍔
📈 During the peak of the Haj season, with around 31,600 pilgrims in Makkah, the raw materials used for one meal include 3.16 tonnes of rice, 4.74 tonnes of protein, and 2.52 tonnes of vegetables. ⚖️
