Last night, the awe-inspiring auction for revamping a mammoth swath of land on the northern fringe of Krasnoyarsk, located in the Soloncy-2 district, was won by none other than "Kiddo" of USK "Sibiryak", with a fitting name - OOO "North Soloncy-2". Despite the sensational lawsuits that decapitated the company, they still manage to nab among the city's most significant construction gigs.
Let's remind ourselves of the auction, conducted using the KRT mechanism, for a colossal hillside patch of 283 hectares that was declared on GIS Torgi. Applications were accepted throughout April, with the initial cost of right to perform work set at 202 million rubles.
According to the contract, the builder is expected to erect a massive district between the Northern highway, U spread, the Badalyk cemetery, and the northern border of Krasnoyarsk. The intended area includes:
- Over 2 million square meters of residential space complete with day care centers, schools, two recreational facilities, and service centers for the local population.
- Roads and engineering networks.
As per the attached decree of the Krasnoyarsk government concerning the district's construction, the homes will reach towering heights of up to 25 stories, and living quarters should not exceed 70% of the plot area, with other constructions occupying no more than 80%.
It came to light yesterday that two contenders took part in the auction. The choices were OOO "North New Town", part of the group of companies led by Alexander Koropatchinsky, and OOO "North Soloncy-2" - a company that has OOO "USK 'Sibiryak'" as its founder.
During the bidding process, as shown in the protocol, signed by the minister Mikhail Zaskailo, rates increased - "North New Town" ultimately proposed a price of 232.3 million rubles for the KRT rights to this plot, but "North Soloncy-2" revealed a larger sum: 242.4 million. With this company, a deal was sealed.
The project blueprint and development timeline (spanning three decades) will be presented by the developer within a year of document signing, confirmed in the Krasnoyarsk Ministry.
Allow us to remind you that the head of "Sibiryak", Vladimir Yegorov, is currently under investigation for several criminal cases: embezzlement during the construction of the Northern interchange, fraud during the construction of a housing complex in Lesosibirsk.
Yesterday, the preliminary hearing for the 3rd criminal case involving construction mogul Yegorov and his accomplices concluded at the Central District Court in Krasnoyarsk. The first judicial session on 19 May. Yegorov denies any guilt in the aforementioned criminal act.
