Personalized Customer Counsel (for all genders)

Sparkasse Dillenburg is seeking an Individual Customer Advisor to join their team. As an advisor, you will find targeted solutions for customers and serve as a trusted point of contact.

The position requires identifying and addressing customer needs, maintaining and expanding existing business relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will stand out through your initiative, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

To qualify, you should have completed a commercial banking apprenticeship, such as bank clerk, or have an equivalent qualification. Strong customer service skills, good knowledge of financial products and services, and the ability to advise customers individually on their financial needs are essential. Teamwork and organizational skills, proficiency in German, and meeting the requirements of BaFin are also necessary.

The offer includes an attractive and performance-oriented compensation according to TVöD-S with up to 14 grades, along with an unlimited employment contract and company pension scheme.
