Over a thousand educators in Krasnodar to be granted mortgage repayment aid.
In Krasnodar, an initiative has been launched to support teachers and kindergarten teachers with their mortgage costs, as announced by the city's administration. As of now, over 1,000 educators have applied for this service.
Deputy head of Krasnodar, Anna Leonova, mentioned that the city prioritizes the development of its educational institutions and attracts educators by means of various support measures. She added that 69 educators from different regions have moved to Krasnodar in the past year due to these incentives.
From April last year, educators have been receiving a monthly compensation of 20,000 rubles towards their mortgage expenses. This support lasts for three years, but the recipients are required to work in an educational institution for two years following the receipt of the funds.
In addition, housing rent reimbursement of 15,000 rubles per month for a period of two years and social payments from the regional budget for housing improvement are also provided. Teachers can expect to receive 1 million rubles for the initial mortgage payment or housing repairs, and 1.5 million rubles for house construction.
