Ogilvy ANZ Welcomes New Creative Leadership Team After Toby Talbot's Departure

Ogilvy Network ANZ has announced a new creative leadership team following the departure of Toby Talbot. Max McKeon, Ant Simmons, Nina East, and Bridget Jung will jointly take the reins, marking a significant change for the agency.

Toby Talbot, who served as the inaugural trans-Tasman Chief Creative Officer for Australia and New Zealand, is leaving after three and a half years. His tenure saw the launch of the Return On Creativity (ROC) framework, expanding the conversation beyond traditional ROI metrics. Under his leadership, Ogilvy APAC Chief Creative Officer Reed Collins noted a revitalization of the ANZ creative offering.

Talbot's departure is effective at the end of the week, but he leaves behind a seasoned creative leadership team. Max McKeon, Ant Simmons, Nina East, and Bridget Jung will now jointly lead the creative department. Their collective experience and diverse skills are expected to build on Talbot's legacy and drive Ogilvy ANZ's creative output forward.

During Talbot's time at Ogilvy, several notable campaigns were produced under his direction. These include 'Til It's Done,' Meet Me at the Coke Sign,' 'The Spot,' and 'Kentucky Fly.' Each campaign showcased Ogilvy's commitment to innovative and impactful creative work.
