Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $36M Real Estate Empire to Split After Divorce
Hollywood power couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have amassed an impressive global real estate portfolio, with luxurious homes across three continents. However, recent news has emerged that the couple is set to divide their $36 million property empire following their decision to file for divorce after 19 years of marriage.
The couple's real estate journey began in 2008 when they purchased an 110-acre farm, Bunya Hill, in Australia. The Georgian-style mansion on the property features six bedrooms and a guest cottage. In the same year, they acquired a $3.5 million pied-à-terre in New York City's Tribeca neighborhood, complete with three separate entrances and state-of-the-art amenities.
In 2010, they bought a $10 million apartment in Manhattan's West Chelsea neighborhood, boasting two terraces with Hudson River views and a 23-foot cathedral ceiling in the great room. The couple also owns a $4 million penthouse apartment in Sydney with rooftop access and various amenities.
Their Nashville compound, purchased for $3.47 million, is located in the exclusive Northumberland gated community. The main house features seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a home theater, and a 30-foot-long hobby room, along with tennis courts and a swimming pool. In Portugal, the couple owns a home in Lisbon, with Nicole Kidman applying for a residency permit in 2025.
Tragically, their $4.7 million home in the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood was burglarized in February 2025.
With the couple's divorce, their $36 million real estate portfolio is set to be divided. This includes their homes in Australia, New York, Nashville, Lisbon, and Sydney. Despite the upcoming changes, both Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban continue to maintain their successful careers in the entertainment industry.
