MullenLowe Group's New Global CEO, Kristen Cavallo, Discusses her Vision for the Company's Future.
Kristen Cavallo, currently the CEO of The Martin Agency, has ascended to a new position within Interpublic Group as the global CEO of MullenLowe Group.
In this expanded role, Cavallo will maintain her position as CEO of The Martin Agency while Alex Leikikh, former chairman of MullenLowe Group, assumes the role of executive vice president at Interpublic. Leikikh will oversee various U.S.-based creative agencies within IPG.
Cavallo's promotion follows her successful tenure at The Martin Agency, where she initially joined as CEO in December 2017. Prior to this, she had stepped down as president of MullenLowe's Boston office in 2015. Under Cavallo's leadership, The Martin Agency underwent a cultural and strategic transformation. The agency was recognized with back-to-back U.S. honors by Adweek.
While there is no recent announcement indicating a new global CEO for MullenLowe Group, Cavallo continues to share her insights and experience within the industry. Other leadership changes within MullenLowe Group include regional appointments such as Frank Cartagena as U.S. CEO of MullenLowe in 2024, but there is no confirmation of a successor for the global role as of now.
In her new position within Interpublic Group, Kristen Cavallo will demonstrate her leadership skills not only as the global CEO of MullenLowe Group but also in maintaining her role as CEO of The Martin Agency. Her extensive experience in business, particularly in finance and marketing, will be instrumental in shaping the future of her career and the respective agencies she oversees.
