Since 2017, OGCI's member companies have collectively reduced upstream operated methane emissions and routine flaring by more than 50%.
In 2023, OGCI played a pivotal role in establishing the Oil & Gas Decarbonization Charter (OGDC), a coalition of more than 50 companies working to decarbonize the oil and gas sector at scale.
