Lego Group Appoints Nicole Taylor as Senior Vice President of In-House Agency

The Lego Group has announced that Nicole Taylor will join the company as the senior vice president and head of its in-house agency. Taylor's start date is set for January next year.

Taylor, who previously served as the chief executive of McCann Worldgroup Australia, will be responsible for setting the strategy and innovation drive for Lego's in-house creative agency. She will join the leadership team run by Julia Goldin, chief product and marketing officer for Lego.

The Lego Agency, as the in-house agency is known, has offices in Billund, Denmark, Enfield, U.S., London, U.K., Shanghai, China, and Singapore. The agency employs around 400 staff members. The U.S. office is located in Enfield, while the Singapore office can be found in Singapore. The agency's Chinese office is based in Shanghai, and its U.K. office is situated in London.

The Lego Agency's work spans across various departments, including marketing, product development, and digital services. Taylor's appointment comes as the company seeks to strengthen its creative capabilities and drive innovation in these areas.

In addition to Taylor's appointment, it has been reported that Jennifer Berry, the former Digitas UK CEO, has taken a new role at Lego. Berry will join the OLA leadership team and report to Taylor, who is the senior vice-president and head of OLA at Lego.
