In a significant move towards the Indian renewable energy sector, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has announced its initial public offering (IPO) with a potential raise of up to ₹3,000 crore. The company, renowned for its commitment to advancing green energy solutions, specialises in producing high-quality polycrystalline and monocrystalline PV modules designed to meet large electrical power requirements with impressive conversion efficiencies.

Trilegal, a leading Indian law firm, has been appointed as the advisor to Emmvee Photovoltaic Power for this IPO. The transaction team for this significant deal is led by Abhinav Kumar, Partner at Trilegal, and includes Shubham Sancheti, Managing Associate, Ayana Banerjee, Senior Associate, and Associates Abhishek Iyer, Akshita Sharma, Harsh Shekhar, Pritika Mehrotra, and Mihika Ambikar (Paralegal).

On the other hand, the Book Running Lead Managers - JM Financial Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited - are advised by TT&A, and Hogan Lovells acts as international counsel to these managers. Hogan Lovells is also serving as the international counsel to Emmvee Photovoltaic Power for this IPO.

Biswajit Chatterjee, the Head of the India Practice and Dubai Office Managing Partner at Hogan Lovells, leads the firm's team for this IPO. The team includes Counsels Kaustubh George and Varun Jetly, Senior Associate Aditya Rajput, and Associates Sanjana Ravjiani and Aditya Dsouza.
