Insurance partner LVM honored with 'Outstanding Insurance Partner' designation
In a significant milestone, LVM Insurance has once again been awarded the top rating of "Excellent" in the Federal Association of German Insurance Brokers (BVVK)'s "Fairness for Insurance Agents" rating. This marks the 14th consecutive year that LVM has received this prestigious accolade.
The evaluation of LVM's quality of cooperation with independent agents, referred to as "trustees" at LVM, was conducted by the BVVK. The process involves an online survey, audits, and a final overall rating by a parity-appointed expert committee. LVM's results in the categories of Sales Policy, Broker Support, General Sales Support, Internal Service Support for Brokers, and Customer Orientation are at a very high level. The company received "excellent" ratings in the first three categories and "very good" ratings in the latter two.
Peter Bochnia, Sales Director at LVM, expressed his delight with the "excellent" rating, viewing it as an opportunity for further improvement. Thorsten Schütman, chairman of the interest group of LVM trustees, also shared his satisfaction with the result, seeing it as a reflection of the good cooperation between LVM and the trustees.
