Ulan-Ude, Russia - Ulan-Ude Mayor Igor Shutenkov has seen a significant improvement in his position in the "National Rating" of city mayors in Russia, moving from 65th place in April-May to 60th in the June-July 2025 ranking. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin tops the ranking, while Irkutsk Mayor Ruslan Bолотов is in 31st place, and Chita Mayor Innа Щеглова is in 82nd place.
