Chriselle Lim, the Creative Director of PHLUR, and Ben Bennett, Founder and CEO of The Center, will stay on with a stake in the brand, ensuring continuity in PHLUR's unique vision. Prelude Growth Partners, which had previously invested in PHLUR, is exiting its investment in this transaction. Ropes & Gray provided legal counsel to TSG Consumer.
