Food company Krasdale initiates managerial changes: executive shifts announced

Krasdale Foods, a family-owned grocery distribution, merchandising, and marketing services company, has announced significant leadership changes in its sales, retail technology, customer experience, and business insights divisions.

The new appointments aim to reinforce innovation, service excellence, and growth for the company's retail partners. Natalie Menns, who brings nearly two decades of experience, has been appointed as Director of Customer Experience. In her new role, she will oversee customer service and inside sales.

Howie Kent, who has played a pivotal role in developing the company's reporting and in-store execution tools, has taken on the role of Director of Business Insights & Retail Technology. His focus will be on platform integration and analytics strategy to improve both business insights and retail technology.

Carroll Arroyo is now the Sales Supervisor - inside sales at Krasdale Foods, managing lead follow-up, CRM compliance, and customer outreach. Joey Lebiak has joined the business insights team as a data analyst, transitioning from his previous role supporting Alpha 1 Marketing.

Jose Torres, with more than 20 years of retail and sales leadership experience, has been promoted to Director of Sales. Torres, a U.S. Navy veteran and former independent grocery store owner, will lead the sales division with his extensive industry knowledge.

Gus Lebiak, the President and Chief Operations Officer at Krasdale Foods, expressed his excitement about the new appointments, stating, "These changes reflect our commitment to recognising talent, investing in leadership, and building a strong foundation for the future."

Krasdale Foods serves more than 3,500 customers across eight states, supporting independent retailers operating under banners such as CTown, Bravo, Aim, Market Fresh, Shop Smart Food Markets, and Stop 1 Food Mart. The company is based in White Plains, NY, with a state-of-the-art distribution center in the Hunts Point neighborhood, Bronx, NY, and a satellite office in Miami.
