Wayne M. Zell, a venerable voice in the legal industry and a champion for entrepreneurs, has joined FisherBroyles LLP's Corporate Practice Group in Washington, D.C.
With over 40 years of experience, Zell brings a wealth of knowledge to the distributed law firm partnership. He specializes in legal business and estate planning, with a focus on business succession and exit strategies.
Zell holds a J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary (1985) and a B.S. in Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Virginia (1980). He is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
Throughout his career, Zell has served at several prestigious law firms, including Mintz Levin, Powell Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy, and Price Waterhouse’s Washington National Tax Service.
