Emergen Group Postpones EGM Due to Pending SEC Reviews
Emergen Group Ltd has postponed its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 21, 2025, due to ongoing reviews by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The new date for the EGM will be announced once the required documents are finalized and filed.
The EGM was initially called to consider and vote on a merger proposal. However, the company has cancelled this meeting due to pending SEC reviews. The date for the new EGM will be announced afterwards.
Shareholders should expect the new EGM to take place at a later date, once the definitive proxy statement and transaction statement are filed. At this meeting, they will have the opportunity to consider and vote on the Merger Proposal.
