F6 Ventures, a newly-launched seed-stage investment firm under the umbrella of F6 Group, is making waves in the Middle East and Africa (MENA) region. With a focus on startups across these emerging markets, F6 Ventures aims to bridge funding gaps at the pre-seed and seed stages.

The venture capital firm, co-founded by Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy, manages six funds with over $90 million in assets under management (AUM). F6 Ventures operates alongside Flat6Labs, the region’s leading startup accelerator, as part of F6 Group’s integrated strategy to support founders and ecosystems.

F6 Ventures has a strategic presence with headquarters in Cairo and offices in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Amman, Tunis, and Nairobi. The firm's goal is to grow assets under management to $200 million and to invest in over 200 companies within five years.

One of the key pillars of F6 Ventures' new strategy is the Africa Seed Fund, with a target size of US$85 million and a hard cap of US$100 million. While specific details about the Africa Seed Fund were not separately highlighted, the firm’s broader plan includes launching new regional funds in Africa as part of its expansion strategy.

The firm's historical portfolio includes more than 300 companies, positioning it as a critical player addressing early-stage funding gaps in emerging tech ecosystems across these regions.
