Diversion of Buses on Bierstadter Street
In mid-August 2025, several bus lines in Wiesbaden will experience changes due to road closures and disruptions. Here's what you need to know about the affected lines:
Line 37
- Starting from August 18, the Gustav-Stresemann-Ring closure will affect Line 37, causing a detour to improve service during the school period.
- Earlier in June, there was a full closure of Weingartenstraße in Igstadt that affected Line 37.
- From August 8 to August 17, Line 37 will also be impacted by a water main break on Gustav-Stresemann-Ring.
- On August 8, the Patrickstraße closure will affect Line 37, causing a detour via Patrickstraße and B455 to the "Berliner Straße" stop.
- During construction, Line 37 will not serve the "Plutoweg", "Wartestraße", "Fichtestraße/Handwerkskammer", and "Hans-Bredow-Straße" stops.
- At the "Hans-Bredow-Straße" stop, you can transfer to Line 37 heading towards the main station.
Lines 17, 23, 24, and N11
- All the mentioned lines will have detours due to the closure of Patrickstraße on August 8, 2025.
- Lines 23 and 24 will also be affected by the Patrickstraße closure.
- The N11 line will be affected by the Patrickstraße closure for detours.
- Buses on lines 17, 23, 24, and N11 will detour from the "Wartestraße" stop in Bierstadter Straße via Kirchbachstraße, Aukammallee, and Fichtestraße. They will return to their regular route via Moltkering and serve the "Alwinenstraße" stop again.
