Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg, one of the largest employers in Mainfranken, is seeking a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) to join their team. This role is centred around new customer acquisition and long-term customer retention, with a focus on selling financial services and introducing customers to online and mobile banking services.
As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing financial advice and comprehensive customer service in retail banking. Your duties will include assisting customers with accounts, loans, investments, insurance, and payment services. You will also develop and maintain customer relationships, identify suitable financial products, and support customers in managing their finances and resolving inquiries.
The ideal candidate for this role should have completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or possess a commercial education relevant to finance. They should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic to advanced knowledge of banking products and services, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency with common IT tools and banking software is essential.
