The construction of the three-story building and single-story workshops took 14 months to complete and cost approximately 6.5 million euros.
The new complex, which provides 46 parking spaces for cars with charging station options in the inner courtyard and 64 bicycle parking spots, spans approximately 3,250 square meters. About half of the space is used for offices, making it an ideal location for startups, small businesses, or entrepreneurial initiatives seeking a collaborative environment.
As one of the multiple business courtyards within the Freiberger Straße business park, the Dresden Business Courtyard at Freiberger Straße 112 follows the trend of offering flexible office setups, meeting rooms, and event spaces. It is also likely to provide services supporting startup growth, innovation, and sustainability.
Despite being a new construction, the Dresden Business Courtyard at Freiberger Straße 112 has already attracted a significant number of businesses. As of now, 95% of the space has been rented out, with several companies already starting their operations within the complex.
