Rewritten Article:

A modern industrial hub is set to sprout up alongside the incomplete heavy machinery plant in Krasnoyarsk, once a Soviet endeavor, thanks to an investment project supported by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation. The corporation has inked a partnership with OOO "Industrial Park 'Promzavod'" for this industrial venture dubbed as the "Industrial Park 'Krasny Yar'".

According to the corporation, the industrial terrain will kickstart a new chapter in the Industrial Park "Krasny Yar". OOO "Krasny Yar", identified as one of the founders of 'Promzavod' in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, has all the private investor shares belonging to "Krasny Yar" held by PAO "Sberbank of Russia" as collateral[1].

This 8-hectare patch next to the abandoned heavy machinery plant could welcome a host of diverse industrial operations: from manufacturing to electrical product assembly, construction materials, metalworking, food processing, and even a proposed logistics complex. The infrastructure is in the process of obtaining necessary technical approvals, with topographical surveys already underway, and a master development plan for the site in the works[2].

"Infrastructure development is in the stage of securing technical prerequisites, and geotechnical surveys are in progress, laying the groundwork for the territory's architectural blueprint", states Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation officials.

Interestingly, this territory has been eyed for auctions in the past. In the 2010s, there were plans to construct a Yenisei smelter plant at this location, but the proposal encountered fierce opposition from locals due to concerns over harmful production[4].

Presently, the area is becoming a magnet for logistics centers, with the most significant logistics park "Yemel’yanovsky" under construction nearby in the village of Starcevo, to the south of the proposed development site, whereas the abandoned plant lies to the north. In March 2025, construction on the fourth phase of this project commenced, spearheaded by MEGASTROY[3].

So, despite a delayed start, the territory beyond the sunny horizon of Krasnoyarsk could one day emerge as an essential industrial-logistics nexus in Yenisei Siberia[4].
