Job Description
The Sales Controller / Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting sales control and management processes, analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations. They will collaborate closely with sales teams to optimize customer acquisition and cross-selling opportunities, prepare reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning within the sales area of the Sparkasse.
The role also involves data analysis and reporting, monitoring sales KPIs, providing strategic consulting, target planning and control, and technical support for sales and success recording systems. The individual will create tailored reports and customer potential analyses to strategically drive sales for the Kreissparkasse.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have an academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant professional experience, ideally in sales controlling, business analysis, or finance sector roles, is a must. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools are essential. A good understanding of banking products and Sparkasse-specific sales processes is desirable.
Communication skills for cooperating with sales teams and management are crucial, as is the ability to work flexibly, with partial remote work potentially available.
