Bus reroutes on Bierstadter Street due to changes in bus routes
In the city of Wiesbaden, commuters using bus lines 17, 23, 24, N11, and line 37 should be aware of upcoming changes due to ongoing construction and a water pipe break at Gustav-Stresemann-Ring and Patrickstraße.
Starting from Monday, August 18, 2025, these lines will be detoured due to the water main break at Gustav-Stresemann-Ring. This follows an earlier period of detours from August 8, which affected lines 23, 24, 37, 49, N11, and 17 around Patrickstraße.
For line 37 passengers traveling towards the city center, the detour will be via Patrickstraße and B455 to the "Berliner Straße" stop. During construction, the "Plutoweg", "Wartestraße", "Fichtestraße/Handwerkskammer", and "Hans-Bredow-Straße" stops will not be served by line 37. The nearest boarding and alighting points for these lines are at the "Wartestraße", "Hildastraße", and "Alwinenstraße" stops.
For lines 17, 23, 24, and N11 traveling towards the city center, the detour will be via Kirchbachstraße, Aukammallee, and Fichtestraße. Trips towards Bierstadt for these lines remain unaffected.
