The 2020 Bugatti Divo, a limited edition hypercar based on the Bugatti Chiron, is set to be auctioned by Bonhams at their 2025 Quail Auction. One of only 40 units produced worldwide, this unique vehicle is named after Albert Divo, a two-time winner of the Targa Florio race.

The Divo being auctioned has a low mileage, having been driven an average of less than 160 miles per year since its purchase. This rare hypercar is emblazoned with the likeness of the Bugatti Royale’s elephant-styled hood ornament on its seat backs, sculpted by Ettore Bugatti’s son Rembrandt.
Bonhams specialist Louis Frankel expresses excitement about auctioning the Bugatti Divo, stating it's one of the rarest hypercars ever produced. He adds, "It's unusual for anyone to even see one, let alone have the opportunity to purchase it."
The Divo is powered by an 8.0-liter, quad-turbo W16 engine, producing a tremendous output of 1,180 ft lbs of torque. Aerodynamic improvements on the Divo include new front and rear diffusors and a wider, adjustable rear spoiler.
The estimated auction value at Bonhams’ 2025 Quail Auction is between approximately £5.3 million and £6.8 million (roughly $7.0-$9.0 million), indicating its significant rarity and performance pedigree among hypercars.
In its exhibition history, the Divo was first publicly revealed at the 2018 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, a prestigious automotive event known for showcasing rare and collectible automobiles. The Divo was also featured in the "Hypercars: The Allure of the Extreme" exhibit at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles.
