The Nomination Committee has shaken things up at Better Collective, proposing the appointment of Professor Thomas Plenborg to its Board of Directors, taking the spot previously held by Petra Von Rohr for seven years. The committee also recommended the re-election of all current Board members - Jens Bager (Chair), Therese Hillman (Vice Chair), Britt Boeskov, Todd Dunlap, Leif Nørgaard, and René Rechtman.

Thomas Plenborg, with his impressive resume, is an attractive addition to the board. He currently holds a professorship in Accounting at Copenhagen Business School.

Chair Jens Bager praised Petra Von Rohr's long service and welcomed the proposed replacement. Bager lauded Plenborg's accomplishments in M&A, strategic integration, and value creation, expressing confidence in his ability to drive Better Collective's continued growth.

The Nomination Committee consists of Søren Jørgensen (Chr. Dam Holding), Troels Bisgaard Vig (J. Søgaard Holding), Anders Lund (BLS Capital), and Jens Bager.
