Bendorf City gets support under the 'Pedestrian Traffic Program'
Revamped Main Street: All About the "Climate Ped Path" in Bendorf
🗺️ Bendorf, here we go! This town is excited to bring a makeover to its main strip, thanks to a generous grant. The Federal Office for Logistics and Mobility (BALM) has stepped up, approving funding for the "Climate Ped Pathway" project, backed by the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport (BMDV), to the tune of around 1.15 million euros out of a total budget of 1.28 million euros.
🌳 This upgrade is part of a larger plan for downtown Bendorf, focusing on urban climate protection and enhancing the experience for all road users, but especially pedestrians.
