AZB & Partners Promotes 15 Lawyers to Partnership and Counsel Across India
AZB & Partners has announced a significant reshuffle in its leadership, promoting several lawyers to partner and appointing others as counsel across its offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi, effective October 1, 2025.
In Bangalore, Adoksh Shastry has been promoted to partner, joining the ranks of the firm's senior leadership. This move reflects the firm's commitment to recognising and rewarding talent within its ranks.
The Mumbai office has seen a notable increase in its partnership, with four new additions. Anshuman Bharadwaj, Ashnee Desai, Himanshoo Tembe, and Sweta Ananthanarayanan will now lead the firm's efforts in the city. Additionally, Amrita Sahai has been appointed as a partner in the Capital Markets department, further strengthening the firm's capabilities in this critical area.
Five lawyers have been appointed as counsel in Mumbai. Chandni Anand, Shreya Singh, Karishma Dugar, Prerna Ponappa, and Bhargavi Ravi will provide valuable support to the partnership, contributing to the firm's continued success.
In Delhi, Asif Ahmed, Gursimran Kohli, Nitin Saluja, Sahil Tandon, and Urvashi Misra have been promoted to partner. This move underscores the firm's commitment to its Delhi office and the importance of the region to its overall strategy.
