Krasnoyarsk Holds Public Hearings for Comprehensive Territorial Development Plan in Shahtevers District

Public hearings are underway in Krasnoyarsk to discuss the proposed plan for rezoning and redevelopment in the Comprehensive Territorial Development (KRT) area along Shahtevers Street. The urban development project involves the demolition of existing warehouses, commercial structures, and markets to make way for new residential buildings, a kindergarten, and a multi-level parking facility.

As a follow-up from the public hearings, it remains to be seen if the proposed development plan along Shahtevers Street will incorporate provisions for financing social infrastructure, such as schools and hospitals, as well as addressing concerns related to the local housing-market and potential real-estate implications.
