In a strategic move, European investment group Accolade has announced the acquisition of the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility. This approximately 20,000 square meter property, certified BREEAM Very Good, is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading European manufacturer of aluminum systems for windows, doors, façades, sunshades, and pergolas.
The facility, developed by high-quality commercial property developer 7R, includes production, office, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics space tailored specifically to Aluprof’s operational, technological, and safety needs, supporting efficient and modern work environments.
7R originally developed the BTS warehouse, which was later sold to Accolade in 2025. The investment involved Conseq, with global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advising Accolade and Conseq, while SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska advised 7R on the deal.
Aluprof is part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, operating in over 50 markets worldwide, employing nearly 3,000 people with production sites in Poland and abroad. The facility supports their manufacturing and logistical operations for aluminum systems.
Accolade, with a portfolio of 62 industrial parks across eight countries, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, has made a strategic investment in this sustainable, tenant-customized industrial facility. The acquisition reinforces their commitment to sustainable industrial infrastructure with a reliable, long-term tenant like Aluprof.
