Aluprof Secures New Production Facility in Poland

Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems, has secured a new production facility in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. The 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I warehouse facility, spanning over 20,000 square meters, includes production, office, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics space.

This state-of-the-art facility was developed by 7R, a leading developer of high-quality commercial properties, and tailored to Aluprof's functional and technological specifications to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and a modern working environment. The building was certified with a BREEAM Very Good rating, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.

The acquisition of the facility was advised by the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright on behalf of the buyer, Accolade. Accolade is a European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, with a portfolio of 62 industrial parks across eight countries, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic. The Warsaw-based legal team advising Accolade on the acquisition was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz.

Aluprof, part of the Grupa Kęty S.A. Capital Group, operates across over 50 markets worldwide and employs almost 3,000 people. The lease for the facility ensures it will be used for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics purposes to support their operations.

For further information about the transaction, please contact Beata Głuchowska, the Business Development Manager, at 48 22 581 4952. The legal team also included counsel Jan Wszołek, senior associate Jakub Kowalczyk, associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, and associates Karol Truszkowski and Wojciech Jaskulak.

This transaction signifies growing investor interest in pre-let, sustainable industrial assets in Poland, given Aluprof’s established presence in over 50 countries and Accolade’s portfolio of industrial parks across Europe.
