Accolade Acquires 20,000 sqm Warehouse Facility from 7R for Aluprof

Accolade, a leading European investment group focused on sustainable industrial infrastructure, has acquired the 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I facility from 7R, a leading developer of high-quality commercial properties. The building, located near Bielsko-Biała, Poland, has been tailored to meet the operational needs of its key tenant, Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland.

The 20,000 square meters facility, certified BREEAM Very Good for sustainability, is located in the Międzyrzecz area. It has been designed to cater to Aluprof's functional and technological specifications for warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics, ensuring operational efficiency and a modern working environment.

Aluprof, a major European supplier of aluminium window, door, façade systems, roller shutters, and sunshades, operates in over 50 markets with nearly 3,000 employees. The facility strengthens Accolade's portfolio of sustainable industrial infrastructure across Central Europe, including 62 industrial parks across eight countries, including Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic.

The transaction was advised by global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright for Accolade and Conseq, a joint investor involved in a strategic partnership for this industrial real estate acquisition. The Warsaw-based team advising Accolade on the acquisition was led by partner Magdalena Zienkiewicz. Senior associate Katarzyna Berestecka and associate Damian Pawlak advised on the clearance aspects of the transaction.
