Troisdorf Residents Face Months of Road Closures and Disruptions
Troisdorf residents should brace for several road closures and disruptions in the coming months, as the city initiates various repair and renewal projects. From September to October 2025, numerous streets will be affected, with some closures lasting up to two months.
Kicking off the series of closures, Agnesstraße 32 will be shut down from September 29 to October 30. Meanwhile, the intersection Stationsweg / Corner Paul-Müller-Straße in Troisdorf (Spich) will be fully closed in three phases from September 25 to October 12. Dechant-Hoven-Straße 1a-12 in Troisdorf (Müllekoven) will also be closed from September 22 to October 31 for utility line laying.
Other streets slated for complete closure include Finkenweg (Troisdorf-Spich) from September 10 to 26, Fritz-Erler-Straße (Troisdorf-Friedrich-Wilhelms-Hütte) until September 26, and Reichensteinstraße – Bussardweg to Offenbachstraße (Troisdorf-Kriegsdorf) from September 29 to October 31. Kölner Straße 116a (Troisdorf-Mitte) will be closed from September 29 to October 10, while parts of Schützenstraße 1 to 4 and Magdalenenstraße 67 to 69 (Troisdorf-Oberlar) will be closed starting October 13 until approximately February 2026.
In addition to these, the access road Noldestraße in Troisdorf (Eschmar) will be fully closed from September 22 to October 10 for canal connection renewal, and again from September 29 to October 17 as part of canal connection work. The intersection Königsberger Straße / Corner Zum Altenforst in Troisdorf (Mitte) will be closed in two phases from September 25 to October 3 for utility supply renovation. Sections of Reichensteinstraße to Offenbachstraße in Troisdorf (Kriegsdorf) will also be closed from September 22 to October 31 for canal connection line renewal.
Residents can expect further disruptions at the intersection Roncallistraße / In den Hecken in Troisdorf (Friedrich-Wilhelmshütte), which will be closed from September 24 to approximately October 8 for asphalt work. Lastly, Pfarrer-Kenntemich-Platz 24-30 in Troisdorf (Mitte) will be closed from September 22 to October 10 due to road subsidence caused by canal repair work. Hochfeldstraße 44 in Troisdorf (Oberlar) will also be closed from September 29 to October 30 for the laying of lighting cables.
Troisdorf residents are advised to plan their routes accordingly and expect potential delays during these periods. The city urges patience and understanding as these necessary repairs and renovations are carried out.
