Stobart Europe & Suloja Merge for Enhanced Vehicle Transport Services
Stobart Europe, a prominent player in automotive logistics, has merged with Suloja to enhance services for vehicle transport clients. The move follows the Culina Group's acquisition of Stobart Europe in 2021, bolstering its FMCG logistics portfolio.
Stobart Europe, previously known as Walon, operates Stobart Automotive, which provides storage for over 8,000 vehicles and offers pre-delivery inspection and remarketing services. The company has a delivery centre in Genk and operates in Belgium, Czech Republic, and the Netherlands with a fleet of 100 car transporters.
Suloja, a specialist in vehicle transport, moved over 35,000 vehicles in 2021 using its fleet of 20 transporters. The merger aims to create a more efficient transport network and better serve automotive customers. Together, they can now offer a wider range of services and a larger fleet.
The merger of Stobart Europe and Suloja, following the Culina Group's acquisition of Stobart Europe, strengthens Stobart's position in European automotive logistics. With Stobart Automotive's extensive services and Suloja's specialist fleet, the combined entity can now offer enhanced solutions to vehicle transport clients.
