ASTANA - While in the driver's seat as the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) chair, Astana is putting its foot down on eradicating trade obstacles and bolstering logistical connectivity. Galymzhan Koishybayev, the Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of Kazakhstan's government, dropped this bomb at the inaugural ECO Ministerial Forum on Sustainable Development, which went down in Arkadag, Turkmenistan, on April 27-29.
