Nordhorn-Klausheide witnessing construction by Knoop-Hofschröer company
In the heart of the A31 Nordhorn-Klausheide-Ost industrial park, the Knoop-Hofschroer Company is set to expand its footprint with the construction of a new administrative building. The company, which currently employs 22 employees and anticipates further growth, has purchased an approximately 4700 square meter plot of land in Heinrich-Focke-Straße from the city in summer 2017.
The new office building, planned to have dimensions of approximately 70 meters in length, 15 meters in width, and 12 meters in height, will provide sufficient space for the company's administration. The construction project, managed by Knoop-Hofschroer Company, is scheduled to begin in the fall of this year, with an estimated cost of around 300,000 euros.
The Knoop-Hofschroer Company is no stranger to the Nordhorn-Klausheide area, as they are currently constructing a warehouse at the same site for around 500,000 euros. The company has also been renting warehouse halls in Nordhorn and Lingen on an interim basis.
The construction of the new office building is just one part of the company's growth plan. Knoop-Hofschroer Company is also building an own workshop hall at the Klausheide site, demonstrating their commitment to the region. The company will be relocating its headquarters to the Heinrich-Focke-Straße in Nordhorn-Klausheide-Ost.
In addition to the office building and workshop hall, Knoop-Hofschroer Company will also sell a 15-meter-wide strip west of the already purchased plot to the same company for future office building construction. This move further solidifies the company's presence in the area and underscores their long-term commitment to Nordhorn-Klausheide.
The new office building is expected to be occupied later this year, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth and development. As the construction project progresses, the Knoop-Hofschroer Company looks forward to continuing to contribute to the economic growth and vitality of the Nordhorn-Klausheide area.
