Heraeus Technology Group Announces New CEO
Frank Stietz, the current operating CEO of the Hessian technology group Heraeus, will assume the position of Chairman of the Management Board, making him the CEO of the company's 16,400 employees worldwide. He is set to succeed Jan Rinnert, who has led the family-owned company for twelve years.
Since 2015, Stietz has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Heraeus. Rinnert will remain connected to the group as a member of the owner family and shareholder, according to an official announcement by the company.
The Heraeus Technology Group, based in Hanau, Hesse, is one of Germany's largest family-owned companies. Its primary areas of operation include metals, recycling, health, semiconductors, and electronics.
"Frank Stietz is well acquainted with the company, possesses extensive international management and leadership experience, and is highly esteemed by his colleagues in management and employees," remarked Franz Haniel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
While the change in leadership has been confirmed, Heraeus's official website or recent news releases should be consulted for the most current and accurate information regarding this transition.
The incoming CEO, Frank Stietz, may implement a community policy that advocates for employee growth, such as increasing access to vocational training programs within the company. To further strengthen the business, Stietz may seek strategic partnerships and investments in finance to fund the expansion of these training initiatives.
