Experts argue that the wellness concept extends beyond fitness and can be reflected in the complex's design itself if it is located in a green area, has open spaces like patios and terraces, and offers easy access to the city center and key directions. Such features aid in minimizing stress, streamlining daily life, and providing residents with a sense of freedom and harmony.

Premium apartment complexes often offer gymnasiums, swimming pools, sports facilities, clubhouses, and children’s play areas that foster wellness and social interaction within a gated community.

In regions like Thailand, wellness is not just a feature of hotels and retreats but is also integrated into residential real estate, serving as a key selling point. Spa zones and recovery programs have become standard features in such developments. The growing emphasis on wellness amenities in residential properties suggests a significant and expanding percentage of clients prioritize these facilities, driven by a global trend towards health-conscious living and integrated wellness lifestyles in real estate projects.
